Who are Roy and Jackie?
Me & Jackie are the unofficial King and Queen of shiny things, I guess we are the two self proclaimed characters who run the shop, the stories, and the general chaos of OhMyGold.
Hello, yes it's Roy here, I'm your friendly East End gold seller darlin and yeah I suppose you could describe me as a bit chatty, bit cheeky but I swear I have a heart of absolute gold and I dote on my wife, Jackie.
Jackie, well she's the backbone of the operation, she's sharper than a diamond tester and twice as quick with her opinions. She won't be beaten in a game of cards, keeps me in line, constantly reminding me not to get high on my own supply whilst also trying to keep our pieces for herself, cheeky mare.
Me and Jackie, well, we are fictional of course, we manifested ourselves in the mind of OhMyGold owner, Roya, and well she ran with it. Most important to know is that the gold is real, the process is real, and the care is real. Me & Jackie simply tell the stories the way jewellery deserves to be told with personality, humour, and a little bit of drama.
Who runs Oh My Gold AU
OhMyGold AU is a one person online jewellery store based in Melbourne, run by a slightly eccentric lady named Roya. Specialising in solid 9ct and 14ct gold pieces with history, character, and a bit of cheek. Every ring is hand sourced, authenticated, photographed, and packed with care before heading off to its new home.
Myself & Jackie run the storytelling, but Roya runs everything else. She handpicks each piece, checks every hallmark, polishes every ring, shoots every photo, creates every video and wraps every parcel.
Roya's ABN is 76 901 917 460, a quick search of that will tell you who she so you can have a cheeky stalk, she's about as precious as me, darlin.
What is the return policy?
Because our pieces are one-off vintage, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns but if there’s ever an issue with authenticity or condition, message me straight away.

I stand by every piece I sell, and I’ll always do right by you, just drop me an email at itsmeroy@ohmygold.com.au and we will get it sorted quick sharp, alright.
Where do you get your gold from?
All over the place, darlin, markets, auctions, private sellers, old jewellers, the odd attic clean-out, places gold should be, don’t worry.

Every piece is legally sourced, properly authenticated, and given a new life.
How do you know the gold is genuine?
Because I check every hallmark myself, don’t I? I’ve got the loupe, the lamp, the sore neck, the whole set-up.

If it doesn’t pass my test, it doesn’t make it to the shop. And if the hallmark’s a bit shy, I acid-test it too, no funny business.
Are the rings second hand?
Yes luv, second hand, vintage, whatever you wanna call it I don't care, every piece has lived a life before you, which is why they’ve got character.

The rings have lived a life, so they do have scratches and the odd funny shape, Roya captures that as best as possible in her content.
How do work out my ring size?
Easiest: pop into a jeweller and get sized, free, quick, no hassle.
I've got a video coming for you soon, which will explain how to do it easy peasy, but in the meantime, just google it luv alright, the internet is a marvel.
Do you do resizing?
I don’t do in-house resizing just yet but I will soon, in the meantime most local jewellers can resize 9ct and 14ct gold signets for a reasonable price.

Where are you based?
Roy, Jackie and the gang are down in the East End of London of course but Roya, the owner, she lives in Melbourne with her husband, Jack. You can see her imagination didn't travel that far aye Roy and Jackie, Roya and Jack, come on luv, keep up.
How long does shipping take
Regular post: about 3–6 business days
